Sharjah, UAE – In a significant move to enhance and streamline real estate services across the emirate, the Sharjah Digital Department (SDD) has announced a strategic partnership with ADRES (Advanced Real Estate Services). The partnership agreement was signed during a formal ceremony by key dignitaries, including Sheikh Salem bin Abdulrahman Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Ruler’s Office, and Sheikh Saud bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Director General of SDD. Her Excellency Eng. Lamia Al Shamsi, Director of SDD, and Mr. Moath Maqbol, General Manager of ADRES, His Excellency Faisal Falaknaz, Group Chief Financial and Sustainability Officer at Aldar Properties.

This new initiative aims to bring all real estate services in Sharjah under one digital roof, enabling seamless transactions, faster service delivery, and transparent access to market data.
