ThinkProp Institute, in Collaboration with DLD and ADREC, Celebrates the Graduation of a New Batch of Emirati Real Estate Brokers in Abu Dhabi

In a significant step to support and develop the UAE’s real estate sector, ThinkProp Institute, in collaboration with the Dubai Land Department and the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center, hosted a special graduation ceremony in Abu Dhabi for a new cohort of Emirati real estate brokers who completed the Dubai Real Estate Broker Program.

This event highlighted the crucial role of real estate brokers in enhancing the competitiveness of the UAE real estate market, further strengthening its position as a vital sector that contributes to national economic growth. The event also reflected the seamless collaboration between the public and private sectors, in line with the visionary leadership’s goal to empower national talents and enhance their capabilities in this key industry.

The event was attended by prominent leaders and figures from the real estate sector, including H.E. Eng. Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, Director General of Dubai Land Department Acting Director General of Dubai Municipality; Mr. Mohammed Al Bidwawi, Acting CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA); H.E. Eng. Rashed Al Omaira, Director General of Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC); H.E. Dr. Adeeb AlAfeefi, Executive Director of Strategic Real Estate Planning Sector; H.E. Ghazi AlOtaibi, Executive Director of Real Estate Transactions Sector at Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre; and Mr. Moath Maqbool, General Manager of Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES). The event was also attended by several executive directors and department heads from both sides.

Honoring Graduates and Signing a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC)

The ceremony honored nearly 500 graduates who successfully completed the real estate training program organized by ThinkProp Institute, playing a major role in honing their skills and preparing them to play a significant part in the real estate market with professionalism and expertise.

A memorandum of cooperation (MoC)was also signed between the Dubai Land Department, represented by Mr. Mohammed Al-Bidawi, Acting CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), and ThinkProp Institute, represented by Mr. Jassim Al-Hosani, Acting CEO. This memorandum underscores the pivotal role of the Dubai Real Estate Broker Program in training and empowering Emirati professionals, facilitating their active participation in the real estate market.

Strengthening Collaboration and National Talent Development

The agreement aims to reinforce the ongoing partnership between the Dubai Land Department and ThinkProp Institute, which operates under the Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES), which played a vital role as an academic sponsor in the program’s inception. The focus is on developing and qualifying national talents through specialized training programs. The memorandum will also foster further collaboration between the parties and support joint projects aimed at maintaining excellence in the real estate sector.

The Dubai Real Estate Broker Program is a practical model of the leadership’s vision to empower citizens and integrate them into the private sector, particularly in real estate, enhancing their competitiveness both locally and internationally. The program also reflects broader trends toward supporting sustainable development and strengthening strategic partnerships in the real estate sector, contributing to establishing Dubai and the UAE as leading global destinations in this field.
