Sharjah Digital Department Partners with ADRES to Launch Unified Real Estate Platform

Sharjah, UAE – In a significant move to enhance and streamline real estate services across the emirate, the Sharjah Digital Department (SDD) has announced a strategic partnership with ADRES (Advanced Real Estate Services). This collaboration aims to establish a unified platform that delivers reliable and accurate information about the real estate sector, benefiting residents, investors, and stakeholders alike.

The partnership agreement was signed during a formal ceremony by key dignitaries, including Sheikh Salem bin Abdulrahman Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Ruler’s Office, and Sheikh Saud bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Director General of SDD. Her Excellency Eng. Lamia Al Shamsi, Director of SDD, and Mr. Moath Maqbol, General Manager of ADRES, His Excellency Faisal Falaknaz, Group Chief Financial and Sustainability Officer at Aldar Properties.

This new initiative aims to bring all real estate services in Sharjah under one digital roof, enabling seamless transactions, faster service delivery, and transparent access to market data. By integrating the resources of ADRES and SDD, the platform will provide a more efficient experience for users, while ensuring accurate and up-to-date information about real estate properties and trends.

The new platform is set to play a pivotal role in Sharjah’s real estate sector, offering enhanced features that promote efficiency, security, and ease of use. This partnership reflects Sharjah’s commitment to embracing technology and innovation in all sectors, reinforcing its position as a forward-thinking emirate.

ADRES is officially set to host the International MLS Forum in Abu Dhabi in 2026 

October 2024, Milan — In a major development for the global real estate sector, Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES) has officially signed a memorandum of understanding to host the prestigious 2026 International MLS Forum in Abu Dhabi. The signing took place during the International MLS Forum held in Milan, solidifying Abu Dhabi’s position as a leading hub for the local and international real estate activities.  

The agreement was signed on behalf of ADRES by the General Manager Moath Maqbol. The forum in Milan brought together global real estate leaders, with discussions focused on fostering innovation, improving collaboration, and enhancing transparency within the industry.  

With the MOU now signed, preparations for the 2026 International MLS Forum are set to begin. ADRES aims to host an event that will attract key players from across the globe, further establishing Abu Dhabi as a key destination for real estate professionals.
