The signing ceremony was attended by Jasem Alhosani, Operations Lead at Advanced Real Estate Services, representing the company.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) brings together ADRES, ADREC, Technology Innovation Institute (TII), VentureOne, Finstreet Limited, and the ADI DLT Foundation to enhance transparency, efficiency, and security across real estate transactions and services.
Through this partnership, each organization contributes its expertise, technology, and resources toward a shared vision of smarter, more secure real estate operations while maintaining operational independence. This collaborative model reflects Abu Dhabi’s strategy to leverage cutting-edge technologies to drive forward-looking economic impact in the real estate sector.

The MoU outlines a collaborative framework to explore blockchain applications across the sale of fractional real estate assets, title validation, transaction management, and digital asset models. By integrating blockchain with existing property databases and digital identity systems, the partnership will improve data accuracy, accelerate transaction workflows, and ultimately foster trust and confidence across the market.
