“ADRES” Honored for Launching the Pioneering “Aqari” Platform 

Sharjah, February 24, 2025 – In a significant step towards advancing digital transformation in the Emirate of Sharjah, H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and Chairman of the Executive Council, honored Mr. Moath Maqbol, General Manager of “ADRES,” in recognition of the company’s outstanding contribution to the launch of the integrated digital platform, “Aqari.” The platform is being developed with the support of the Sharjah Digital Department (SDD), in collaboration with more than 20 local and federal government entities, to provide innovative and efficient real estate solutions. 

The “Aqari” platform aims to digitize and streamline real estate procedures in the emirate, reaffirming Sharjah’s commitment to innovation and accelerating digital transformation. Speaking at the launch event, HE Sheikh Saud bin Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Director General of the Sharjah Digital Department, emphasized that the platform represents an exceptional step towards comprehensive real estate digitalization. It leverages cutting-edge technologies and data-driven solutions to deliver innovative services that meet the expectations of the community and investors while enhancing quality of life. 

The platform offers users a range of integrated E-services, including lease contract attestation, a process previously requiring seven steps, and an in-person visit to a service center, the process has now been streamlined into just three simple steps. This enhancement significantly accelerates procedures, saving time for both citizens and residents. 

Sheikh Saud Al Qasimi further highlighted that the “Aqari” platform will contribute to simplifying real estate services, enhancing transparency, and supporting the emirate’s economic development. This, in turn, will improve the investment climate, making it more attractive to investors. He also commended the fruitful collaboration between public and private sector entities in achieving this milestone. 

During the event, H.H. presented them with commemorative shields and posed for group photographs, expressing his gratitude and appreciation for their role in the project’s success. Mr. Moath Maqbol, General Manager of “ADRES,” received the commemorative shield, acknowledging the efforts of all participants in achieving this accomplishment, which underscores the company’s commitment to developing innovative digital solutions in the real estate sector.

ThinkProp Institute, in Collaboration with DLD and ADREC, Celebrates the Graduation of a New Batch of Emirati Real Estate Brokers in Abu Dhabi

In a significant step to support and develop the UAE’s real estate sector, ThinkProp Institute, in collaboration with the Dubai Land Department and the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center, hosted a special graduation ceremony in Abu Dhabi for a new cohort of Emirati real estate brokers who completed the Dubai Real Estate Broker Program.

The event was attended by prominent leaders and figures from the real estate sector, including H.E. Eng. Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, Director General of Dubai Land Department Acting Director General of Dubai Municipality; Mr. Mohammed Al Bidwawi, Acting CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA); H.E. Eng. Rashed Al Omaira, Director General of Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC); H.E. Dr. Adeeb AlAfeefi, Executive Director of Strategic Real Estate Planning Sector; H.E. Honoring Graduates and Signing a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC)

The ceremony honored nearly 500 graduates who successfully completed the real estate training program organized by ThinkProp Institute, playing a major role in honing their skills and preparing them to play a significant part in the real estate market with professionalism and expertise.

A memorandum of cooperation (MoC)was also signed between the Dubai Land Department, represented by Mr. Mohammed Al-Bidawi, Acting CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), and ThinkProp Institute, represented by Mr. Jassim Al-Hosani, Acting CEO. This memorandum underscores the pivotal role of the Dubai Real Estate Broker Program in training and empowering Emirati professionals, facilitating their active participation in the real estate market.

Strengthening Collaboration and National Talent Development

The agreement aims to reinforce the ongoing partnership between the Dubai Land Department and ThinkProp Institute, which operates under the Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES), which played a vital role as an academic sponsor in the program’s inception. The memorandum will also foster further collaboration between the parties and support joint projects aimed at maintaining excellence in the real estate sector.

ADRES is officially set to host the International MLS Forum in Abu Dhabi in 2026 

October 2024, Milan — In a major development for the global real estate sector, Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES) has officially signed a memorandum of understanding to host the prestigious 2026 International MLS Forum in Abu Dhabi. The signing took place during the International MLS Forum held in Milan, solidifying Abu Dhabi’s position as a leading hub for the local and international real estate activities.  

The agreement was signed on behalf of ADRES by the General Manager Moath Maqbol. The forum in Milan brought together global real estate leaders, with discussions focused on fostering innovation, improving collaboration, and enhancing transparency within the industry.
